Upper back exercise... And hamstrings... Two things I need to add to my weight routine... Looking for ideas

No idea about hamstrings, but for upper back (and all over back really) is supermans. Lay on your stomach with arms above your head. Lift arms and legs off the floor until knees and elbows are off the floor. Lower, repeat til your back is sexy
Warning you though, your back will be KILLING you the next day.

Back - Bent barbell rows / T-bar rows
Bent dumbbell rows
Pull-ups / lat pull-downs
Hamstrings - Stiff-legged deadlift0
