Please help!

Strength training. Lower weight, tons of reps.

Don't be too worry about the body builder look and go grab the weights.

Women usually don't have enough "male hormone" to develop big muscles.

I've been doing 40 minutes sculpting exercices using 10 lbs weights twice a week for months and still just have a little definition

It takes a lot of specialized effort to build big muscles, unless you're doing lots of weight training and eating loads of protein your arms will not get bulky & un-feminine looking.

Bodybuilders usually aim to have muscle failure at 10-15 repetitions. This seems to produce maximum bulk due to tearing the most muscle fibers. Strength athletes that don't want bulk usually go for higher weight that they can lift 5 or so times.

Going heavier is counter to conventional wisdom, but think of gymnasts that are lifting/ twirling/ throwing their 100+ pound bodies. They aren't working with light weights at all.

Also, in bad news: spot reduction of fat doesn't really work. Toning up your arms is definitely going to make them look nicer, but it won't burn the fat off them. It will help increase your metabolism and fat-burning capacity though, which will help you reach your overall goals more quickly.

QFT. Usually if you see women with an unappealing volume of muscle they are taking steriods, hormones or crazy amounts of supplements. It's a lot of work to get bulky without lots of testosterone.

Lifting weights will tone them. If you feel self-conscious in a weight room (they are usually guy zones.) you can buy some 5 and 10 lb weights for home use. Don't forget to stretch before and after - I usually stretch, do a 10 minute cardio warmup and stretch again, and then cool down and stretch after - because that sends a message to your muscles that when they repair themselves, you want long, lean muscle instead of the short, wide muscle associated with bodybuilding. Maf is right, though, it's very difficult for the average woman to get "built." Chances are you'd be happy with the results long before you'd get to the "ripped" point.
