    1500 calories a day! Running and doing the 30 day shred and insanity!
    I did the 30 day shred in the beginning ...
    Then I started running 5 days after I completed the 30 day shred...
    And now I run 3-4 days and do insanity 1-2days

    Awesome job! Congratulations! I have been doing the 30DS for 2 months now and have recently thrown in 6W6P. I love Jillian Michaels -- her workouts WORK...thanks for sharing!
