What's your workout routine like?

Like when you go to they gym, what do you do. Do you do weight lifting and cardio or just one.

My routine is I try to go at least 3 times a week.

I start off by doing some machine weights (heavily) for about 20-30 minutes working my arms, legs and back and sometimes my abs.

After that I go on the treadmill and try to run for at least 10 minutes hard (8 mph).

Then I go on the elliptical and run again for another 20 minutes at of course less intensity

After that, I try to burn maybe 150-200 calories on this stair stepper or hill climber (I'm not sure what it's called). And if I have any time left after that, I do cycling.

I am a teenager and I also play volleyball for my school, so I am getting in shape for the season and trying to lose weight at the same time.

Here are some details:
(btw, I've been working out for 2 weeks and playing volleyball everyday for 1 week)
Starting weight: 155 lbs.
Current weight: About 145-150 lbs. (I haven't checked in nearly 2 weeks)
Goal weight: 130-135 lbs.

My school actually starts on september 5th so I have about 2 weeks and I want to get down to at least 140 by the time the first day comes around.
