What are the foods to stay away from that .....

creates belly fat? Im curious being that my midsection is the huge problem.

    I don't think fat works this way. A calorie is a calorie. You need to control intake v expenditure, eat at a deficit, and you will lose weight. You do need to pay attention to the quality of your food (reduce refined carbs / simple carbs for instance, make sure you get enough protein, and ensure you get a good balance of vitamins and minerals), but calories are calories, and fat will settle on your body where it will. No magic bullets for belly fat, in either exercise or nutrition.

    Every kind of food that you eat in excess.

    That said,

    Some people bloat from dairy, gluten(wheat), or even some vegetables. It isn't fat, just bloat.
  • I agree with this too. when I was skinny and fit Id noticed id be bloated when eating those foods.

    Fat and carbs don't make you gain weight.... eating too much and not moving enough does.
