I'd give it a couple of days, till a little bit of healing has taken place. If there are breaks in the blistering, the salt in your sweat is going to hurt it. Rest up maybe till after the weekend, and then resume your training once your skin is just a bit healthier.0

Yeah, you are right
That is an odd question
What did the doctor tell you too do?0 -
How much do palms sweat? How long do you run? Dressings are easy to change. As soon as you're done your run change the dressing.0

For the amount that you're running doing C25K I'd doubt that it's going to do much. I've run longer distances with dressed wounds and even burns from the kitchen and it's had no effect on the wound or the healing compared to times I wasn't running. (I'm a pretty clumsy person, so I deal with a lot of stupid injuries) Heck, I even lifted weights with skinned, open wound, palms from a fall, just bought and wore some lifting gloves until they healed enough to not be gross to touch the equipment.
Just make sure that you clean everything thoroughly after the run and give it new dressings and you should be fine.0 -

A few days not running/training will not really effect your fitness level that greatly if you are only starting. Go see the doctor, do what the trained medical profession says
How do you know its a second degree burn?0 -

Ouch, yeah, I can relate to that one. I worked at a sandwich counter a number of years ago that had a panini press. Was distracted and not looking at the panini press when I reached for the handle and ended palm down on the grill plate instead. My job was not as kind as yours though. I got enough time off the floor to clean it, burn treat it, and dress it then get back on the line. :grumble:
Of course, then I never followed up myself and went to the hospital even after work. I just decided I didn't need that hand for awhile. lol0 -
Unless you run on your hands I think you'll be fine.0

Except for sweat getting into the wound. Advice with second degree burns that are at all extensive is not to engage in intensive exercise.0
