My small change is to drink more green tea - I originally planned to drink at least a couple of cups a day, but I ended up only having one every few days. So far today I've had three, I'm trying to drink four or five cups of green tea a day from now on.0

My goal is to actually make it to the gym tonight for Body Pump despite the fact that my husband has already bailed on going with me.
Gotta build muscle to make my first half marathon in November a little easier (read: long term goal).0
