Not gonna make this long just gonna say I never thought I would have even made it this far,and for anyone who thinks their not strong enough or it's to hard, You Can Do It!! If I can so can you,I totally resigned myself to the fact that I would be fat forever and here I am 60lbs lighter telling you it is possible!! I weighed in this morning at 184,I started at 245,I still have another 54-60lbs to go to get to my ultimate goal weight of between 125 and 130. I'm 5'5 and I exercise everyday even if it's just 20 minutes of cardio.I also strength train 3/week.Anyone who needs a little extra support or would like to be friends feel free to add me,I'm on everyday! :flowerforyou:
