Hey...

I am new to the whole forum thing.... To start with I am 28 yrs old.. Have a 2 yr old son..
I have been overweight my whole life.. Always wanted to excercise.. But gave up within a few day.

I wanna have my next baby soon... But I wanna shape up before that...

For the past six years I have had a sedentary job and had a help to do house cleaning and stuff...

But I have quit my job and next week being my last week I have decided to shape up and get a control over my body and my life...

But because I know myself.... And I am sure that I will give up half way
I decided to join a forum so that I will be a little more responsible and won't give up easily
As I will have to answer to u guys...

I weigh 69 I've... Wear size 14... My goal is to be 59 and hopefully a dress 8 :)
I require all the advice and encouragement I can get:)

My plan is two work out twice... So I am starting 30 day shred and slim in six...

    You weigh 69 lbs are you sure you forgot a number,otherwise i don't think you need to lose anything.

    69 kgs not lbs... I would be underweight if u was 69 lbs :)
