Hi all,
Just an update for ladies who don't have huge amounts to loose and who might be wondering about how the 30 day shred and ripped in 30 could work for them.
my original post was here
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/504688-30ds-completed-can-you-see-a-difference
and since then I’ve been doing ripped in 30.
I've not been following the diet plan and I do allow myself way to many meals out BUT in case this is useful to anyone I definitley feel leaner (my body fat has decreased) and much stronger.
So all said I can thoroughly recommend these DVDs and I'm sure that if you were better behaved with me regarding diet then you'd achieve great results.
I'm my case, although not many lbs lost I'm chuffed with my results - onwards and upwards to Killer Buns and Thighs!
The first picture is the start, second is after the 30 day shred and the last right hand one is after both the shred and ripped in 30.

Great work! We are the same height and weight, but I didn't get as great results as you (don't have any photos unfortunately!) Would you mind sharing your before/after measurements, or is that too personal?0

Thnaks - no problem;
Before the 30ds I was about 132lbs, waist = 27.5” and thighs almost 22”
After 30ds I was about 127.5lbs, waist about 26” and thighs about 20.75
Now I'm about 126lbs, waist 25.5”and thighs 20.5”
As I say, not huge measurable differences but I do feel a lot better.
BTW if anyone knows how to make these images a bit bigger please let me know - Im sure I figured it out last time....
Looks like Im stuck
