For those of you who read french, there is a great book by Angelo Tremblay, member of the chair about obesity at University Laval, called "Prenez le contrôle de votre appétit" (Take control of your appetite). He explains everything about weight gain and loss from a scientific view but with an accessible vocabulary. Very interesting and he gives very good tips!0
