HELP! Extreme soreness after big workout

So I'm sure to some, my workout wasn't THAT instense, but I just started working wit kettlebells and sort of overdid it on Wednesday. I’m in so much pain all over, I think the worst is my shoulders/upper back and back of my thighs. I was feeling like a champ during my workout and now I want to DIIIIEEEE. Been stretching, hot showers, Advil, fish oil, protein, and today I feel worse.

My question is does anyone have any suggestions or product that might work? I think I’ll do yoga as opposed to cardio today so I can stretch myself out. But the soreness is borderline unbearable right now. I don’t want to ruin my weekend!!!
