Need Workout Program suggestions..

Currently I have been doing The 30 Day Shred but I am having knee problems with it. Now let me say that I have completed The Butt Bible Workout with no problems (which is semi-similiar). I'm looking for something that incorporates strength training as well as cardio. Does anyone have any good suggestions for me that won't be brutal on my knees?

    I'm working on Debbie Siebers' Slim in 6. I'm currently on the 2nd video. First video is mostly cardio with a little strength and ab work thrown in. Second video is more evenly divided between the cardio, strength, and ab work with a little yoga thrown in at the end. I tried 30DS and had knee issues with it as well. I like the Slim in 6 because I don't have that problem with it.
