As most of you know I am a stress eater :( I started my journey about 1 1/2 yrs ago dropped about 88 lbs total and came to a complete halt about December 2011 no matter what i did, and trust me I worked out sometimes 3x a day hard!
I could not drop 1 pound.
In January my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer, the next 5 months were a stressful nightmare I gain back about
20 lbs and lost almost all motivation :indifferent:
Fast forward to June Hubby is doing great surgery done ,chemo done, radiation done we have had to make a lot of adjustments
in our life, right now He is cancer free  so I got back into the practice of eating clean and exercising not the obsessive
3 x a day but moderate workouts and have lost about 12 of the 20 lbs i gained and what did i discover this morning ?
I have abs yes me the upper part of my stomach is so tone i didnt want to move away from the mirror (the lower ones are getting there as well)
I'm amazed at what the totally clean eating could do that the obsessive exercising could not :drinker:
