im never going to lose weight.....

I just don't understand.....i eat healthy and work out all the time, but can't even lose a pound, its so frusterating.....just wanted to vent

    Your goal says you are looking to lose 10lbs. From what I understand (I'm not there yet), the last 10 or 20 is the hardest. Focus on mini goals, focus on nutrition. Your body is probably happy at it's current weight, and will take some time to budge. Don't give up!!

    I know exactly how you feel. I'm 22 and I need to lose 15 pounds in order to be at the lower end of my healthy BMI. When I was unemployed I worked out every day for AT LEAST an hour, ate really healthy and only lost a few pounds. I haven't gotten anywhere close to losing the 15 yet (if anything I lost all the muscle I gained and it turned to fat), but I think if we just keep our eyes on our goal, it will happen eventually. My college roommate weighed around 130 for the first two years we were in college, and during our junior year she decided to go on a health/exercise binge. She ran every day, ate SUPER healthy (but still delicious) and stuck to it for a whole year. She now weighs about 105 and went from a size 4/6 to a size 0/2. So, we can do it. I know we can :) Just keep going!

    Negative Nancy.... haha thats what I say to myself if I'm ever being negative or my mom says it to me... bottom line is YOU CAN DO THIS! Don't focus so much on the scale.... focus on being healthy and change up your exercise... do something different whenever you can... and most importantly DON'T GIVE UP, do this for yourself :happy:

  • thanks guys, i know i try really hard and then blow it one day.....I need to stick to it if i actually want to lose weight. Its frusterating to complain about it to others bc they are always like u don't need to lose weight, but i have pounds to loose and I know that!! especially in my legs!
