Protein Intake

Currently I've reached my goal weight, but I won't like to tone certain areas and I've heard from a few people that the best way to do this is to weight train more, and eat more protein! Is there a such thing as too much protein? Let me know your opinion on this MFP's!

  • I take my weight and divide by 2. That is the Min protein I want to take in that day. What I really shoot for is 1 gram for every pound I weigh.

    Hope this helps and no you can't get to much protein. Just stay in your calorie allowance and you are fine.
