Hut to Hut Hiking Recommendations Please

My goal gift to myself when I reach 100 pounds lost is a hut to hut hiking trip with an organized outfitter. Can someone recommend a hut to hut outfitter for a trip within the US? I'm looking for a 5-7 day excursion. There are many out there, just looking for some recommendations for this spring, as I have only 20 pounds to go to reach 100. Thanks!

Look at the 10th Mtn. division. When we lived in Colorado we use to snowshoe to a reserved hut. It was so fun and very aerobic. You might have given me a new goal/dream to go back there. http://www.huts.org/
