Stuck at 84 kgs

Since I joined I have been steadily losing 1 kg a fortnight - from 88 to 84 kgs. Now I am stuck at 84. Dont know what to do - the scale refuses to budge

    Could you open up your diary and maybe explain a bit more?

    There are loads of reasons for a plateau, we don't know which one would apply to you.
