Food and the holidays....

Alot of people freak out this time of year. I found this article with some great tips for getting through the holidays. It is from a blog about Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome, but its good advice for everyone.

    Thanks for the link. That article was good, I'll have to try the "sit and calm your mind and body before eating" . I tend to be so stressed that I shovel the food in without really thinking. But when I'm calm I think about what I really want and how much. I'll have to remember to sit, breath and relax before eating...maybe that'll prevent the inhalation of food! :laugh:

    Absolutely! It really helps, and it soon becomes a normal practice evry time you think of food.
