GNC Women's Ultra Mega® Active Vita Pack, any good?

Not sure if this is the correct board to post this on....I currently take Womens One A Days, fish oil, biotin, and ultra green. I have read a lot of reviews on GNC Women's Ultra Mega® Active Vita Packs and its pretty much 50/50 with pro's and con's! I am thinking about getting this today but wanted to see what others thought. I want it for the vits and more energy, not for weight loss. Any feedback is appreciated!

I don't use the vita packs but I do use the same thing but in powder instead...The pills are way too big for me to swallow...lol I also heard that the powder is easier for the body to absorb...Not sure on that but it makes sense to me. I actually like it a whole lot & use it every day so I would think that the pills would be just as good. I hope this helps some!! Let me know if you start taking them what you think later on. :flowerforyou:

I have taken them before. The pills are a little big and smelly, but I did like them. The is no iron or iodine in vitamins, so if that is something you need, you may want to look at other options.

I was just looking at these the other day and was surprised how 50/50 it was! I'm torn about if I want to use them as well and haven't had a chance yet to go to a GNC and actually see them and talk to someone. Also, I didn't realize they were big but that makes sense....good luck and let me know if you start using them too and what you think!

    ^^^^^this^^^^^^^ -

the vitamins/minerals used in GNC multis are synthetic. Not only that, if you're eating healthy, you shouldn't have to supplement unless you have an actual deficiency.

Vitamins aren't all they're cracked up to be.

Im not a woman, nor have I seen the price on womens, but I got a bottle of mens before from GNC for free. When I bought an overpriced container of powder. They are overpriced, likely and you can find better ones for probably half the price if you look around.

I buy them for this reason (shellfish allergy = no extra iodine for me)...but agree about the stink. They make my whole cabinet smell like dirty socks!! I really liked the "Be Whole" (also GNC) multivitamin, but they stopped making the iodine free version :ohwell:
