Proving things to Myself

I'm into my fourth week of MFP. I have proven to myself I can stick with my program, if I blog and track what I eat. MFP has been a wonderful aid. My husband and I have been traveling quite a bit the last couple of years and it has really thrown a monkey wrench into any chance of me reaching my weight loss goals ... up until four weeks ago when I recommitted myself. We have been out of town the last two weekends. The first weekend I had a good loss and last week I maintained. I should be able to see a good loss on Monday when I have my weekly weigh-in. All because of the tools I have available that I'm using. It can be done. I've proven that to myself.
