Planet Fitness black card membership

So I was bought this membership (my mom paid for the start up fees and for this summer) but she didn't realize she had signed up for a contract...and now we are stuck with monthly $20 payments until June because it's a 12 month contract. The manager at PF told me if I could find someone who was willing to take over the account (the $20 payments) he would do so with no additional charge. The contract goes until June, so if the person who took it over wanted to continue it, they could do so by paying the annual fee, or if not, they can cancel it for free! I just really don't want my mom or me to keep paying for this gym that I will not be using. I am going back to school and use their gym for free! It is a great gym, friendly people and it's a black card membership, so you can go to any planet fitness, plus get free tanning! I am so desperate here...really don't want to pay the $60 cancellation fee!
