Reeeeally beating myself up.

I burnt a record amount of calories at the gym today n was really proud of myself... but then it got to 7pm n id already had tea and even though I felt mostly full, I wanted something else. So I had a melon pack from tesco's, thinking I was being good by ignoring my indulgent yoghurt that was calling my name from the fridge! (haha) but then my student housemate wanted to go to the shop and I ended up buying some raspberry jam and had a huge dollop on some quaker oats wholemeal porridge... and I feel SO bloated now and I nooo I shouldn't have eaten something so stodgy this late in the evening but I really craved it. But I'm so regretting it now and looking at my tummy and body, its just so not how I want it to be.
And I know that what I ate wasn't massively bad for me and that tomorrow is another day but I'm just feeling really down at the moment cos I'm still not at the size I wanna be at and I've been trying for what feels like an age.
I just love my food too much!!

Girl, you burnt a record amount of calories at the gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You ROCK! FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE . Cut your losses and start of fresh tomorrow. You're allowed to be human and to cave in to your cravings once in awhile. Just think of what you'll do the next time you crave something and you'll be set the next time.
Good for you for working out. Imagine if you haven't worked out!
And your body looks great, I'm sure there are plenty of ladies who would want your body, stop beating yourself up! We won't allow it
