    I am an emotional eater. I have started reading "Stop Eating Your Heart Out." It's a book that follows the 12 step process. It makes you address the why's of your own emotional eating. I haven't finished it yet, but I it's really helped me this far. I would recommend it to anyone that turns to food when emotions surface.
