Vegetables! Get some asparagus, you could eat two bunches and it's only 40 calories. I can eat tomatos like apples when I'm hungry too and that's pretty low. Then a small piece of chicken or 4 oz of 93% beef0

OK the cupcaake have been eaten and you can not take that back. Choose something very healthy for dinner. Do the best you can and DO NOT throw the rest of the day away eating :noway: crap.0

Alanna is right...load up on veggies...veggies...veggies...and get back on the wagon tomorrow! Good Luck0

I should admit that I have seriously fallen off in the past week. But at least I KNOW the right solution! I was craving sweet like a psycho today. I ate a snickers but I had a nice lean dinner0

bleh. I lost 5 pounds to! and then I go and do this! Ok, chicken and veggies for dinner0

Turn it around with a big glass of water and if you like hot tea drink that. It will flush you out so you won't feel bloated. Finish with some broth based soup for dinner or a salad. Don't forget the protein though. A few hundred calories over isn't going to be the end all and you aren't going to gain weight as long as you turn it around right now!0

I agree with the small chicken breast and ton of veggies OR a HUGE salad with lettuce/spinach (whatever you have) topped with carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers (calling all raw vegetables! ) and a small can/pouch of tuna (great source of protein, very low cal) and some vinegar and sugar substitute and garlic powder for the dressing or a light italian or light ranch if you must . But also, GO FOR A WALK! Or pop in a workout DVD. Burn some more calories! There's plenty of hours left in the day to earn you some extra food and get you back on track before you go to sleep tonight! Get moving! :drinker:0

I always workout extra when I've went over on calories. So, get some exercise in and you can eat a healthy dinner.0

I just checked my calories 2 seconds ago and -7 no dinner yet. So...I know the feeling.
I just had a fun size snickers, fun size skittles and a friggin peanut butter cup and now eating trail mix over 500 calories for my snacks I couldn't stay away from!
I will have to exercise tonight in order to make room for dinner. I already walked to subway a mile and back for my lunch so I should already be ahead of the game.0 -
Mhmm, you can reverse it, and stay under, just get in some exercise. 10 minutes of jumping jacks will burn about 100cal, if you're really in a pinch .
At least you LOGGED it. I know when I screw up, I have a bad habbit of throwing it in for the day. I don't record, and I just eat whatever.. horrible :grumble:0 -
ok, had a big ol salad, and it went up to 100 calories, and worked out, so im only -40. Better than a poke in the eye! Thankyou guys!0

I am glad to hear about the hot tea because I messed up big time with the calories tonight.

I am going to have some HOT TEA! lol
I had to make 7 layer bars last night for a pre test for a cookie exchange that I am going to in two weeks, I HATED having them in the house, they were so good. I gave them to my husband to bring to work and gave more to my teenage sons and their friends. I HATE that I am even going to this darn cookie exchange! :grumble:0 -
HA! Tamishumate! thats funny! Good for you, I would be so tempted!0
