Completely bored out my mind dureg the weekly Water a Fire Mitigations teleconference, I decided to jot down my grocery list.

I'll admit I am completely confused about what my nutritional needs are. This nutritionist says this...the other says that. I'm completely over-loaded with information; makes a woman want to tear up all the notes and start over. So I am...

Here's the deal:

* I am gluten and lactose intolerant
* I used to drink Shakeology (stopped using that - too expensive)
* Bought a Nutribullet for the convenience of making protein shakes at work for breakfast or lunch
* Have been raw/vegan/vegetarian

My goal is to lose weight and build muscle simultaneously because that's how my body works. I can't do one w/o the other if I want results. So! What SHOULD I be eating?

I'm taking notes...heading food shopping immediately after I leave the office.
