At our local beer brewery, a friend has trained his dog to hold his beer while he runs to the bathroom. What do you guys think about this? Now while at the brewery, his dog usually just sits in the shade and waits for his treats. But must guard my friends beer until he returns. There have been times he's been gone 5-10 minutes. Pooch dosen't ever get distracted.

I'm going to show this picture to my dogs and make them feel inadequate. They need to step up their game and this picture should shame them into it. :-D0

When someone tries to reach for the beer he softly growls. As in, "don't you dare". My buddy is sometimes gone for 10 minutes hitting the toilet or flirting with a woman. It really the coolest thing. If your ever in Albuquerque, it's a site to see. They also have award winning beer!0

While I do think this is a cool trick. It is nice to see for a minute.
I knew a person that made their dog do this trick multiple times a night, multiple times a week. It got old. The dog was not choosing to do it. It did it because it was an obedient dog and its owner gave the dog a command.0
