jealous of co-worker

i am jokingly jealous of my co-worker. He and I were talking and he mentioned that he was going to lunch in an hour. Then he said that he had already been a bad boy b/c he had eaten hot wings, cookies and a coke. I questioned if he had already had "lunch" at his desk while working and taking his "lunch" later. He laughed and said, "No, that was just a snack!" He is a fitness nut, so I know that someone is going to say that if I worked out like he did, then that could be true for me, too. I understand that. I am just jealous anyways.
