Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Yummy and Filling!

Makes 2 large pancakes:

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 packet truvia

Blend ingredients in blender or magic bullet. Spray small frying pan with Pam. Heat. Pour half batter in hot pan. When edges looked done and center bubbles, flip. Do the same with the remainder of the batter. Top with low sugar syrup and berries. Super filling. 1 pancake is about 150 calories. (I only need one to fill me up and reheat the 2nd at another time.
