Taekwondo Injury

Hi everyone, just a bit of a back story before i post why i am here. I currently do Taekwondo, normally about 5 sessions a week, about a week ago i landed funny after doing a split kick and jarred my knee, unfortunately i did 2 sessions after that thinking it had got better. It had not, now i have basically taken a week off so far.

i dont know if this means my knee is getting better but most of the pain seems to have gone from the knee itself (apart from the odd twinge) but now the top of my calf is a bit sore, where it joins into my knee. any ideas/suggestions?
