Hi...My name is Tammy and I am a professional procrastinator and full of a lack of motivation. I am finally going to get serious about taking care of myself! After a breakfast of nothing, 6 andes chocolates and half a package of cheese crackers with peanut butter....I am to a point that something HAS to change! Now, if I could just figure out how to start.....

I live in South Carolina in the Clemson area, am 32, work in the banking industry and stay entirely way too busy. I find myself taking care of everybody else and always being the one in control and responsible. In doing this, I either find myself not eating, or totally binging on all the wrong foods. I need a healthy relationship with food that is on a budget. Banking totally does not pay that good! LOL. Anybody that would like to friends, please look me up! I totally need encouragement and I'm sure there are some out there that do too!
