When you exercise, do you enter anything under the exercise counter in MFP or just let the fitbit do whatever it is going to do?

Depends on the exercise. If I'm just walking, I let the Fitbit take care of it.
For any "real" exercise, I wear a heart rate monitor and manually log the calories.0 -
I mostly just let fitbit track walking, running and most cardio. I mainly log strength training, swimming or water exercise, yoga, etc. There are different ways that can work. I do wear a heart rate monitor during exercise for heart rate monitor tracking, motivation and another opinion on calorie burn so when I do log I use those numbers. But if the two are within 50 or so calories of each other I just leave the fitbit data.0

thanks...I was letting the fitbit do its thing but I wondered about adding stuff it doesn't track. Appreciate it :happy:0
