Fantasy Fest - yes I'm desperate for ideas

Soooo, I am headed to Key West for Fantasy Fest in October (anyone who does not know what this is...it's a raunchy Mardi Gras and I am freaking thrilled www.fantasyfest.com). here's the tricky part: I am going with a friend who is going for the 3rd time, so they are bringing a myriad of costumes that they've collected over the years. I know the mantra is "less is more" and what happens in KW stays in KW, so I'm ready for ideas... I am unwilling to go topless, but bikini top with body paint will be an outfit for one day...
