30 DAY SHRED

so i have been on mfp for a week. i kept seeing results from 30 day shred. decided i am going to do it, went to find it at walmart and target and all i could find was ripped in 30 and one other one that wasn't "30 day shred". are they the same? where did everyone find theirs? Thanks in advance!

    got mine at chapters, can get it on amazon too. DONT do ripped in 30 before shred ..especially if you havent really excersised..you will cry and hurt way to much.

    I have seen alot of people on here talk about it to so I went online and looked around. I ended up getting it at overstock.com and it isn't a bad price either! I'm gonna start is soon, so we'll see how that goes

    youtube!! they have all 3 levels on there for the full length as well as ripped in 30.

    Get it from Amazon hun or they're all on YouTube, if you have a HDMI cable for your computer to your telly and have it for free! :) xx
