too much sodium

I've been doing pretty good on my daily goals except sodium. I don't go over too often but I'd like to stay as low as possible with sodium. I drink A LOT of water everyday to try to get rid of as much as possible. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

    bump i need some suggestions too! tip don't eat ham packaged meat HIGH in sodium! just recently cut that out

    Our bodies need sodium in order to function otherwise electrolytes get out of wack and all sorts of trouble happens
    excess of any sort is bad
    find out what your score area is for age, body type and genetic history ( if there's heart disease prevalent or kidney failure )
    and stay in the ball park of those numbers. I like doing a normal day or two, then lower sodium by 50 or 100 mgs depending on my activities that day, then return to normal numbers.
