New to mfp, trying gain LEAN weight, age 40

hi, started training at genesis feb 2012, had lifted on/off (upper body only) over years, good athletic shape, trying lose 3" waist but maintain/grow muscle mass/improve definition, lift 6days week (60-70 minutes) + 2 man volleyball 2x/week and softball, trying eat healthy, taking supplements (protein shake +creatine, cellucor hd, and gnc extreme athlete vita pak), weigh 190-200, THINK want weigh 210-220 with more size on legs & some arms, going try mfp for better tracking of calorie surplus/deficit
