too fast?

its the third day of my vegan diet and ive lost 4 lbs already. am i losing weight too fast? is it bad for me?

    Honestly, four lbs is probably okay since this is your first week. You're not just losing fat - you're probably also losing water weight as well.

    Your weight loss should slow down to 1-2 lbs a week after the first week if you're eating enough to lose slowly.

    No, the first week or so are water weight. It will slow down considerably so take all you can the first few weeks.
