Went to a restaurant today for a bday party so the carbs started adding up.
Is eating 60 carbs today going to take me out of keto? If so, how long to get back into it?

I am not 100% if it will take you out of Ketosis, as I am new to the diet. However, I wouldn't worry about it. Just focus on your hitting your numbers the next couple of days and you will be back in Ketosis in no time.0

Kinda of depends on oyur overall weight and daily goals but in general 100 grams of carbs is the line below which you begin to be ketogenic. The less carbs, the more ketogenic. At 60, it's unlikeley that you stopped ketogenesis cold. May have slowed it slightly.0

I do a total "cheat day" every 7-14 days or so and go hog-wild on carbs. For two weeks in a row, I've been surprised when checking my ketosis with a keto stick that I've remained in ketosis. I usually do intermittent fasting the day before and the day after. Only drinking coffee and coconut oil for half the day, not sure if that helps or not but thought I'd share.0

nah. i've heard anything less than 100 grams is still pretty low. get some pee sticks plus, if it's just one day, it's good refeeding for weight loss.0

My trainer gave me the macros for the keto diet.. for my weight/height etc. anything under 80 grams is fine. That allows me to add vegetables and fruit into my diet without going over. But i try and stick to around 60grams per day. A lot of people argue that you need to be consuming less than 15 grams per day for your body to stay in a ketosis state - but that is ridiculous. We do need SOME carbs for energy. So in answer to your question, the 60 gram mark is perfect0

Everybody is different... but I keep my days under 30 net carbs, and try to stay under 100 on my "cheat days". On the days I go over I'll do induction and am ketoadapted by the third or fourth day. I Try to help it out by excercising before breakfast, with just a chicken broth inme, in theory using any and all glucose in my body to fuel the workout.
The most important part is that you just get back on... and sometimes (again this depends) this will get you out of a plataeu... i have had binges, gaind 2 or 3 lbs (mostly water weight) and a week later ive lost all the binge weight (which was again mostly water) and 2 more lbs... Maybe it sort of confuses teh body?
So dont worry and keep up the good work0
