Ahhhh, work.

Surprise pizza party today. Yay! I appreciate it the thought behind it, understand the morale boost, but dang! Why pizza?!? It went all right, though. Limited myself to ONE slice of the BBQ Chicken pizza, and that is it. Already re-planned dinner to accommodate the calorie surplus, so I should still be under.

It would be nice to know in advance, but I think I did all right with this.

    Good for you!

I had the same sort of thing today. One of our customer's brough in a bunch of boxes of Dilly Bars from Dairy Queen. I had one for 200 calories. Not terrible, but it's also made me re-work my dinner plan.

I figure as long as we are keeping an eye on things then we are doing more than we probably would have in the past.

We always have food in our office. It's kind of ridiculous really. But just like other temptations in life I have to learn to deal with them and say no. I'm doing better. I think you did an awesome job! Keep it up!

I love to plan my days out in advance. It is so easy to stick with what you already have logged, with minor modifications. It just sucks when things like that pizza Partu pop up and throw off your entire day. We had an ice cream cake for someone's bday at work and my Plan was to just not eat any but literally everyone was bugging me why I wasn't trying any of it so I gave in. It does throw off your entire day and bug you a little bit, but as long as you are able to sacrifice a little of your remaining meals for the day I don't see why it's not alright. As long as you can free up some calories I say go for it. If you do get really hungry later just make your self remember the delicious splurge that you had earlier, and that's why you feel that way.
