Excite, not a weight success but an exercise success

I have been going to the gym over a year now. Recently changed gyms so it was closer to home because I always made excuses to drive to the other one. Well, since being at the new gym (a little over 2 months), I have been going 3 times a week for an hour to an hour and a half. At the old gym I may have gone 2 times a week and barely for an hour. Well, the past few weeks I have been doing 30 mins on the treadmill and decided I wanted a change, so I got on the elliptical. At my other gym I struggled on the elliptical, barely could go 10 to 15 minutes on it. Well, today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical!!! I am so excited. I may not always see results on the scale, but I am see other little triumphs. To me this is big because I also have really bad Psoriatic Arthritis, but I am finding the exercise is making it better.

I am seeing all kinds of small victories. Just this time last year I was struggling to go up and down stairs. Also used to not be able to sit down on the floor because I couldn't get back up. Thanks all.

    Congratulations! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

I know it feels good cause I can totally relate. I remember, like someone else said, only be able to do a couple of minutes and thinking OMG!, what is wrong with me?!

It makes you feel so good AND makes you want to do even more, which is the very best part of it.

    This is a success story.

...and keep on posting! Love to hear about your triumphs :drinker:
