I am not new to weight loss, but I am relatively new to MFP. Originally I lost 45 pounds with WW. Over the last year about 12 pounds found their way back. I am re- committed to clean eating and portion control. Daily exercise has been part of my life for several years now. I strength train, spin and love boot camp. I am the healthiest 44 yr old I know, I just need to get back to what works. I look forward to meeting some new people alont the way.
