Hibachi dinner tomorrow night!!

So, my family and I are going out to a hibachi restaurant tomorrow night to celebrate my high school graduation. I love Japanese food, but it is also a fear food for me (as I cannot be sure of the nutritional info). I'm trying to be healthier, but my initial reaction is to restrict and only have vegetables... However, since I'm doing more EM2WL tactics and have set my calorie goal up to be 1830, I think I can do better than just veggies.

What would you get? What's your usual? How do you log it?
