I've reached my goal, plus an extra three pounds.. The problem now is staying on track. I don't want to lose more weight but I DO want to become more toned and more muscular. I just feel exhausted now and just don't have the get-up-and-go to do anything anymore.. Any advice?

Readjust your goals to staying at the same weight, and look for exercises that are aimed to tone more than loose weight/inches. I'm not quite sure about staying on track, as I'm having motivation issues of my own at the moment. But, congratulations on your weight loss, and I do wish you tons of luck on keeping it off!0

Go maintenance for a month or two.
You'll get the energy and can do the toning work.
even then you will probs want maintenance cals including most of your exercise cals0 -
just keep trying to count your calories, pre plan meals and try to stay under yourr goals. maybe give them some adjusting if they've been the same for a while! look up some new healthy recipes to play with online, along with new exercises!0
