I have done the whole dieting thing more than I can imagine and now I have almost put all of my weight back on. I am now 309 lbs at 6'1" and when I try to exercise my joints and bones ache the whole time. I just really don't know where to start now. I am only 23 years old and I shouldn't feel so tired all the time. I have two kids I have to raise but I don't even feel like doing it because I hurt all the time. I just don't know what to do now.

Can you start by walking and swimming? Those are easy on the joints.
When I started my journey, I didn't exercise at all. I changed by diet and was able to drop 30 lbs just by doing that. Watching my portions and eating quality calories helped me SO much.
Check out my blog and see what my final motivation was to get healthy. Try and remember how much your kids need you. I know it seems impossible, but you can do this!!! http://fitfiercemama.blogspot.com/0 -
I have fibromyalgia so I know all about pain. The trick is that you have to start slowly and work your way up. First, you can lose weight just by cutting calories. The more weight you lose, the easier and less painful it will be to move. Second, improve your flexibility with yoga. There are lots of beginner yoga dvd's out there that are only 15-20 minute sessions. This will also help you "connect" with your body and as a result be more conscience of what you put in it. Then start walking, just up the street and back or to the end of your driveway and back. Just start moving more. You can do this!0
