I'm Kate and I'm 21 years old. I'm currently in college which causes lots of stress, and that causes me eat. Eating causes me many problems because I am a veryyyyyy picky eater, so I normaly go for the bad foods. I started using this about 3 weeks ago and have already lost a little over 11 pounds. I still have about 50 more to go, which is a long road to go down. I'm excited to slowly start reaching my goal weight. I was trying to see how everyone else is doing and what they are doing ( types of food you are eating and exercises) to get to where they want to be? I'd love to talk to people who are going through the same thing as me! So feel free to add me :)
