I grew up in a very traditional family where food was at the central of EVERYTHING!!!! It helped celebrate, mourn, kill time, etc.. Now I find myself not being able to control my food intake. I eat when im full and have hard time identifying (physically) if I am hungry. Because I AM ALWAYS hungry! Does anyone have this same issue or have any good tips.

My family is the exact same way. There would be 4 of us at dinner and my grandma would make enough to feed twenty, and she would most definitley never forget about desert. It's so tough trying to stop eating when everything smells and looks so good. Tracking my calories has helped me from over eating. Also, I eat a lot of small meals so then I feel like I'm eating constantly and drink a lot of water. It's helped me so far maybe it will work for you too0
