So I'm having a pretty good day so far...
I've given up one of my vices and instead spent the money on clothes and found that I'm an 18/20.
I was a 24 in February ...and it feels really nice to just be able to go to walmart and get some clothes.
I have PCOS and Diabetes so all my weight centralizes to my stomach, I know that's going to be slow.
But two pants sizes?
I'll take it. Lol.
I'm also actually working out six days a week and keeping up with it for the first time in my life.
It's pretty intense for a beginner (30 minutes of cardio, 40 of weights, 20 stretching) but I feel really great.
I can't wait till my stomach starts to go down.
Can't wait!
I did try on some non-plus size pants...and I only have one thing to say.
Where do you put your butt?
They rode down SO LOW.
Maybe it's because I'm used to wearing my pants at my waist?
Crazy kids.
