is this normal when you first start doing the counting. I have drinken nothing but water and watched (besides my cupcakes yesterday) my calories. Is this normal, should I expect a platue?? Im thrilled!

It's perfectly normal to drop quite a bit the first few weeks.
If it persists after that, you may want to consider eating a bit more.:flowerforyou:0 -
I dropped 6 lbs exactly the first time I joined this website and did not hit a plateau...it kept going down about 2 lbs a week from there and then I stopped coming to this site so I am now starting over again.0

I've been a member for a month, worked out almost every day, eaten right, and have only lost 8 pounds... so I'm completely jealous.0
