Developing a Pooch.

I have been doing 30DS! Today was my 13th day. I am seeing amazing results. Now I noticed that I have a pooch like before my stomach was round but big. Any suggestions or reason why that might be happening!?

omg I am getting that too! I finished day 10, I've noticed an indent on the sides of my stomach I'm happy about but then my stomach comes straight out from it. It's not really noticeable to anyone but me since I'm constantly eyeballing my body. I've also noticed dents on the front of my stomach which I'm a little freaked out about.0

I am getting the same exact thing. Like I have a deep indent on my sides and it makes me look wider than I am. Well to me anyways. I like what is going on. I will show you all tomorrow since it will be my 14th Day. I am like what is going on here. But overall I am happy to see it getting smaller.0

I think it's a good thing. Someone posted on here a while ago that as we exercise our fat gets more jiggly and dimply because it gets more oxygen, so I think this is a sign it's starting to come off!0

Oh! I was like hmmm. I think it might because our muscles are starting to develop under the fat. Idk!!0

Yeah, I've noticed this happening to me too. My stomach goes in a bit, but whereas when I was fatter, it didn't jiggle that much, but I was doing pushups and jumping jacks and stuff today and I noticed it was bouncing like my boobs and my stomach touched the ground before my chest did. I feel disgusting and fat, but it is motivating me to do more about it to make it go away! I was actually going to post something about it so glad I saw this!0

It's simple. You are losing body fat in other spots which make this spot look bigger. It's just what I call the awkward phase.0
