Need sugguestions

I have been dieting for about 2 1/2 to 3 months and I have lost 37.4 pounds. My caloric intake daily is 2410 calories a day. Since starting the diet I have not eaten the full 2410 cal a day I am almost always below 1000. This is not my intentions but if I dont have the food available that is recommended for my "diet" I wont eat anthing. I know probaly not a good idea but it works I'm only eating chicken, fish, and turkey, all fresh vegatbles my diet if I had to call it something it is a mix of low fat and low carbs. Now here is my problem lately ( last 4 or 5 days) I am hungry all the time what can I do to help keep this under control I dont want to just binge or start making excuses to eat things not healthly. What or some things I can do to help overcome this feeling of hunger all the time. Please give me some ideas!
